Caldwell Recreation Commission
Board Meeting Minutes
2-2-21
The regular meeting of the Caldwell Recreation Commission was called to order at 7:37PM in the BOE office with three members present. Also, present were Alan Jamison, secretary and in attendance via Zoom was Sean Blosser, director. Jake Ginn and Ryan Mayo, members, were absent.
The agenda was then approved as presented.
A motion by Amanda Eckermann, seconded by Jeff Ediger to approve the minutes. Passed 3-0.
A report from the director was reviewed. It included updates on basketball, cooperation on fielding teams with South Haven, fencing of the baseball field & Blue Crew.
The board discussed the bills presented. Jeff Ediger moved and Amanda Eckermann seconded the motion to pay the bills as presented. Passed 3-0.
Under old business, the board briefly discussed items from the past meetings (fencing & lights).
New business included a question about the track repairs being considered by the school board.
The next recreation board meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, March 3 at 7:30PM in the BOE office.
With no other items on the agenda, the board adjourned at 7:57PM.
